Towards Equitable and Sustainable Technological Justice in Latin America and the Caribbean<\/h2><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We seek to investigate how technological resistance in Latin America and the Caribbean confronts and corrects biases, especially gender biases, in technological innovation, thus promoting digital equity and socio-environmental justice in the region.<\/h2>

We will comprehensively analyze technological resistance through a literature review, interviews, and surveys. We will document resistance strategies and assess their impact on digital equity and socio-environmental justice. We will develop proposals for a more just technology design and influence public policies to promote technology's ethical and equitable use.<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Analyzing their strategies and results will allow the development of practical solutions to promote digital equity and socio-environmental justice, transforming technology into a tool for inclusion and equity.<\/p>
